Terms & Conditions for Supported Living Mastery Online Course.

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Customer") and Charles Hallett/Creed Housing LLP ("the Provider") governing the purchase, access, and use of the Supported Living Mastery online coaching course ("the Course"). The Course consists of pre-recorded modules and associated downloadable documents. By purchasing and accessing the Course, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property Rights
2.1 All content within the Course, including but not limited to videos, text, templates, documents, and any associated materials ("Course Materials"), constitutes the exclusive intellectual property of Charles Hallett and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
2.2 The Customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Course Materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2.3 The Customer shall not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any Course Materials without express written consent from the Provider;Disclose, share, or otherwise make available the Course Materials to any third party;Claim any part of the Course Materials as their own.

2.4 Any breach of this Clause may result in immediate termination of access to the Course without refund and may give rise to legal proceedings.

3. No Legal, Financial, or Professional Advice
3.1 The information contained within the Course is provided for educational purposes only and reflects the personal opinions and experience of the Provider. It does not constitute legal, financial, investment, or professional advice.

3.2 The Customer acknowledges and agrees that:

The Provider does not provide regulated financial, legal, or investment advice;The Customer must conduct their own due diligence before acting upon any information contained within the Course;No guarantees, warranties, or assurances of success or financial gain are made by the Provider;Any reliance placed on the Course Materials is strictly at the Customer’s own risk;

Past performance does not guarantee future results.

4. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
4.1 The Provider offers a 30-day money-back guarantee to Customers who are not satisfied with the Course, subject to the following conditions:

4.2 The Customer may request a refund within 30 days of order provided that:

Less than 25% of the purchased content has been accessed or used. Any refunds issued will exclude the transaction fees incurred during the original payment.

Customer progress in viewing Course modules is tracked and no refund will be issued under any circumstance if more than 25% of the purchased content has been accessed or used.

To request a refund the Customer should:

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund";

Provide your full name, purchase details, copy of your order receipt (this will have been emailed to you at the time of ordering) and a brief reason for requesting the refund (for feedback purposes only);

Submit the refund request within 30 days of purchase. No refunds will be issued after 30 days from order.

4.3 Refunds shall be processed within a reasonable period, and the Provider shall have no further obligation to the Customer following the refund issuance.

5. Course Access & Usage
5.1 The Customer shall receive lifetime access to the Course upon successful payment.

5.2 The Provider reserves the right to revoke access to the Course at any time if the Customer is found to be in breach of these Terms, including but not limited to unauthorised sharing, plagiarism, or other misuse of Course Materials.

6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law:

The Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Course Materials, including but not limited to any loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses;

The Provider makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the Course Materials for any specific purpose;

Our Services are provided "as is" without any warranties, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We also disclaim any liability for any harm caused by the actions or content of third parties.

The Provider shall not be responsible for any decisions made by the Customer based on the Course Materials;

6.2 The total liability of the Provider under any circumstances shall be limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the Course.

6.3 Indemnification:

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Charles Hallett and Creed Housing LLP, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

7. Modifications to the Course & Terms
7.1 The Provider reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Course or these Terms at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Continued access and use of the Course following any such modifications shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
8.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

8.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
